COVID PROTOCOLS September 2023

At the Fort Playroom, we are committed to protecting the health and safety of our clients and our Associates. We will continue to open our doors to in-person clients. Here are our commitments to you as well as our updated health procedures in the light of a new Variant coming into our midst.

 Our Commitments to You

  • We are staying home and rescheduling sessions if we have any symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19, including coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath or fatigue.

  • We are frequently washing our hands and increasing our cleaning procedures, especially in high touch areas.

Health Procedures for the Playrooms

  • Please stay home and reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19, including coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath or fatigue. If it is less than 24 hours cancellation, your therapist will determine with you whether the cancellation fee should be waived.

  • Please use hand sanitizer when you and or your child enter and leave the playrooms.
